Thsi is a remastered version of Mighty Hercules or Heracles. I think its better than the old one in every aspect.
This is one of the illustrations I made for a Greek trading Card Game called "Heroes of Ancient Greece". And of course I worked on my favorite one...Heracles! Pencils and colours on Photoshop! |

He wore the Nemean Lion's pelt because
1. the pelt was unaturally resistant to human weapons. Practically indestructible to any weapons, except the Lion's own claws.
2. though he was already huge, Heracles looked inhumanly enormous while wearing the pelt. His enemies always trembled in fear when they saw him coming...
3. it was a symbol of Heracles' might, since he was the only hero that ever defeated the Nemean Lion.
